5.1 Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel a scheduled planning session:
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge, at your preference.
- 24 to 48 hours before the session: Fifty percent (50%) refund or rescheduling with a rescheduling fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the session cost.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund available. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion with a rescheduling fee of fifty percent (50%) of the session cost.
- No-show: No refund or rescheduling available if you fail to attend a confirmed session without prior notice.
5.2 Cancellation by Bioslllife
If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible.
5.3 Completed Sessions
Once a planning session has been delivered in full, refunds are generally not available. If you believe the session did not meet the scope described at the time of booking, contact us within seven (7) days with specific details. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or other resolution at our discretion.
6. Programs and Multi-Session Packages
Multi-session planning programs and educational packages are subject to the following refund terms:
- Full refund available within seven (7) days of purchase if no sessions have been attended and no materials have been accessed
- Partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions if cancellation occurs after the seven-day period but before the program midpoint
- No refund available after fifty percent (50%) or more of program sessions have been completed
- Program materials included in the package price are subject to the digital product refund terms in Section 4
